Thank you for your interest in Nouvelle Body Therapies. We are delighted to meet you and excited to serve you. To best serve you we ask that you fill out the below intake form before your appointment. *If you create a scheduling account you will only have to fill out the form when any information changes.

BOOKING

Scheduling requires a credit card hold in order to book your service. Your card is charged either at the completion of your session or at the time of scheduling per your preference. *

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards. Cash is accepted but you must have exact change. Nouvelle does not have a cash drawer. We do not accept personal checks or traveler's checks

GRATUITY

Gratuity is not included. Tips are appreciated but not expected.

CANCELLATIONS

As a small, appointment-based business, we kindly ask you to provide us with at least a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations. No shows or same day cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in your card being charged 100% of the service. For Gift Certificates, 50% of the service value will be redeemed. For Packages 50% of a single service value, at its regular price, will be redeemed.

Charges on your credit card will only occur based on the cancellation policy above.

We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your continued support. Please call us at (615) 422 - 7021 if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. New clients will have a form to fill out and a consultation will be done before starting your service. This is factored in to your appointment time so that you do not have to arrive earlier. Arriving early will not guarantee your service will start before your scheduled appointment time. Please call ahead to check if your service can be started before the scheduled time.

LATE ARRIVAL

We understand that it can be difficult at times to arrive on time for appointments. Please call and let us know if you will be late. We will try our best to accommodate you; however, out of respect for other clients’ time, we cannot guarantee the full service time if you are late. We will do what we can in the time allowed.

PACKAGES

All Packages purchased are not redeemable for cash, are nonrefundable, and non-transferable. Packages must be used within 1 year of the purchase date.

PLEASE NOTE

It is at the discretion of your technician to stop a service or refuse a service, if the service provider feels unsafe, mistreated, or harassed (verbally or physically) by a client, or if the service is not appropriate for the client, depending on the clients information provided at the time of consultation, medical history, injuries, or composition.
